DOC Wines - EGLE (White) In Greek Mythology the Hesperidins were the three Nymphs of the Sunset that guarded the Golden Apples that Gaea offered Hera when she married Zeus. The oldest was Egle, the nymph of Dazzling Light. Colour citrine, aroma delicate. Good volume and acidity with very discrete wood. Varieties 41% Rabigato, 29% Gouveio, 25% Viosinho and 5% Côdega de Larinho. Gastronomy: Mainly fish.
