VINTAGE 2007 - Wine of one single harvest produced in a year of outstanding quality.The most concentrated wines in terms of colour, aroma and fullness of palate are set aside from the harvest. After following their evolution for two years, if decided the wines has the qualities necessary for a Vintage, it is bottled from the vat without filtration.It is a dessert wine.
