The famous Ramisco grape, planted in Colares traditional sandy soils without the use of American rootstock. Complex wines, with a unique character in the winemaking world. Extraordinary ageeing potential. TASTING NOTES: Light-grenadine colour with medium intensity. The unique bouquet shows character of red fruit in a balsamic cedar-resin backdrop. Clean fruit with an Atlantic character in the palate, reminding pine seed. Dry texture with delicate acidity. With ageing, the colour changes to an ?onion-peel? tawny and the wine shows its full aromatic complexity. A truly different wine from a unique wine region.
